Questions
What counts as an action on the free plan?
Each time Claude uses a Files and commands tool or a Browser tool on your PC, such as reading a file or clicking a button, counts as one action. Checking your plan or listing your PCs does not count. The count starts again on the first of each month.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your account moves to Free, and your first PC keeps working within the free limits. Choose a plan at any time to switch everything back on.
How do I pay, and who takes the money?
Our online reseller, Paddle.com, is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment by card or the other methods it offers, charges the right VAT and sends your receipt. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Sign in, open your plan and choose Manage billing, which opens Paddle's billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
Can I move from Ponta to Ponta Pro?
Yes, from your plan page. Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the current period straight away, and the new price from your next renewal.
